I can't help but feel Mime is going to pass out soon. She's made from strong stuff is our Trisha. How much longer can she keep this up? Even after a carefully executed break fall like that, from such a height it's got to hurt like hell.
Great page, particularly love the panel with JS's mask. Awesome storytelling. You rock...and then you rock a little bit more.
As for our girl's fortitude, she really is a trooper... but her tank is running dry. Drama!
It gives textures where you'd usually have black fill, it's a nice change of pace. Where there would normally be no information, there's a ton. Cool change-up.
Can't help but wonder how long the Mime will be able to keep this up, with people lurking around every corner and a gaping wound in her side.
And allow me to congratulate you on being the first artist (including myself) to get Mr. Sanders pubescent facial hair just right.
Chapter 3 is wrapping up nicely. Can hardly wait to see what Chapter 4 will bring for us all.
As for the box, that's no big artistic planning on my part -- I'd drawn the panels all wonky on one side and it looked like the page was going to fall over, so I put that box there to even it out. Not so much ingenuity as on-the-spot repairs!
