Through the technomagickal deviations of Doctor Toussaint, the Fowl and secret cop buddy Madeline Cross are transported to the world of 's Hexagon Death Squad. When the Cloaked Capo is overcome and captured by the murderous, leering Twins, Cross must join forces with Jenna (her HDS universe double) and the rest of that six-woman murderfuge to get him back!
Tried to ape his style a bit in the frame with the Fowl-Bondage. It's fun stuff, something that warrants further investigation.
Let's be serious for a moment; if you aren't on the HDS bandwagon already, you need to do so immediately. It maintains a constant level of over-the-top, balls-to-the-wall fun matched only by the likes of Frank Miller's Goddamn Batman. If that's not something you'd be interested in, I can only assume that you are a godless communist who is -- even as you read these words -- plotting to overthrow everything that is good and true in this world. In earlier decades, you'd be abducted in the middle of the night and shot on general principal.
How did you found out about the secret plan to over... I mean, uh, help kittens, yeah, that`s what i meant. This HDS you speak of sounds interesting. I shall take a look.

Oh AWESOME! This totally kicks ass, thanks so much, Dan -- you're the man.
God, they look skeletal and oh-so creepy, and I love the shadowy chains and whatnot in the background. You got them just perfectly. You even nailed their and Jenna's hairstyle, with a Schkadean spin.
Thanks a lot, man!

You can´t go wrong with sarcasticaly smiling and smoking female cops. A hero should often be portrayed as helpless and as a victim, if he is winning and superior too much he will quickly get boring.

Word up, friend. I like to think the Fowl gets his cape kicked often enough that this doesn't happen to him... but if not, do tell me. I'll throw in some more Fowl bondage.

My hero is a schizophrenic super-sleuth who kills gangsters as a hobby. He rubs elbows with crimefighting Mimes and killer Nuns. His greatest foe is a voodoo pimp.

I was a little unsure at first when I started on her, but I was really surprised how easily she came. I just thought of her as Cross' younger sister and... viola. Violin. Whatever.
Now the twins, they were a trick. At first they were there by themselves, but it got a little to creepy and lesbian-ish even for me. When I threw the hapless hawked hero into the mix, it all came together.
I credit the talent of their creator.

"The real hero is the victim, not the saviour" Someone said once.
Fowl/Demoge is abit of his own worst enemy I guess. How about letting a enemy win utterly over him some time though? A chapter could start with Fowl thinking he has the situation under his controll but it ends with him being outsmarted by the villain and humililated in public. But in the last frame he says his typical "heh" to show that he will be back fighting in the next episode.
Nevermind my rampaging imagination please, it is your character and story.

Very disturbing. I love The Fowl's expression in the first panel: I find it diffficult to tell if he's feeling pleasure or pain. Also, HDS is awesome. I've been reading it since I joined dA and I thoroughly enjoy it.
